Responsibilities;
* Assist HR Manager to manage full spectrum of human resource duties
* Contribue to the formulation, implementation and review of HR policies and
   procedures
* Implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to meet the
   organizational needs
* Assist HR Manager in the development and execution of professional
   development programme

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploama in Human Resource
   Management or equivalent.
* Possess strong leadership and teamwork spirit.
* Candidates should also possess strong communication skills.
* Fluent in English, Competent in Microsoft-Office and HR Applications
* Preferably 5 years of working experience in related field.
