Requirements:
* Male / Female
* Age Max 35 years old
* S1 / Bachelor in Interior Design
* Experience in Interior Design industry min. of 2 years.
* Advanced computer skill (AutoCAD, 3DMax, VRAY Rendering, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Corrrel, Trouble Shooting, Freehand).
* Extensive knowledge in Design & Furniture, able to read and interpret drawing accurately.
* Able to work individualy or in a team.
* Detail-oriented and having knowledge of business and management principles i.e. strategic planning, resource allocation, coordination of people and resources.
* Able to take concept and develop it into drawings, strong concept development and design detailing ability
* Able to prepare basic presentation drawings, images and material board.
* Able to multitask on multiple projects and work under pressure with strict deadlines.
* Able to co-ordinate with owner, other consultants and subcontractors.
* Creative, positive attitude and results oriented, strong communication skills and hard working with a pleasant & positive attitude quality.
