We open job vacancies for young, dynamic and adventurous people to be positioned as Warehouse Administrator who will responsible for handling day to day management operational activities within the Warehouse consolidation facilities in Pulogadung, Jakarta.


 
Warehouse Administrator

In general, the incumbent are requested to conduct day to day warehouse administration activities, as per correct operational standard procedures providing support to the operational activities and ensuring that all data requirements are correctly recorded to match physical transactions. Provides support to Head of Warehouse at all times.


     Primary Responsibilities:

    * Execute warehouse data entry application and administration accurately
       and within the timeline
    * Ensure 100% compliance to administration standards and guidelines
    * Provide timely and accurate administration, archiving, and reporting
       support to internal and external customers
    * Ensure that all work volume is completed on a daily basis and plans are
       in place to clear any dateline that may occur


    
    Personal Qualities Requirements:

    * Male, max. 30 years old
    * Diploma (D3) graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in data
       entry processing
    * Computer literacy in word processor and spreadsheet software
    * Preferably experienced with SAP
    * Previous experience in Logistics / warehousing will be an advantage
    * Strong commitment to duties and responsibilities
    * Possessing good interpersonal skills, HONEST, ability to work under
       pressure, strong desire for results, computer literacy as well as effective
       written / verbal English communication skills are additional
       qualifications sought for.
