HR GENERALIST (Dept. Head)

Persyaratan umum :

1. Pria / Wanita , usia  max  35 tahun;
2. Pendidikan S-1 Psikologi atau Ilmu Hukum;
3. Dapat berbahasa Inggris dengan baik;
4. Menguasai aplikasi MS Office (Word, Excell, power point, dll);
5. Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Human Resources.

Persyaratan khusus :

• Berpengalaman atas implementasi dan pengembangan proses Seleksi & Assessment, Administrasi, Payroll, Industrial Relations, General Affairs;

• Berjiwa kepemimpinan, kemampuan menganalisa dan berpikir secara numerik, dapat bekerja sendiri ataupun bekerjasama dengan tim, mampu berkomunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik, mampu melakukan  presentasi.
