In general, the incumbent are requested to conduct day to day warehouse administration activities, as per correct operational standard procedures providing support to the operational activities and ensuring that all data requirements are correctly recorded to match physical transactions. Provides support to Head of Warehouse at all times.


     Primary Responsibilities:

    * Execute warehouse data entry application and administration accurately
       and within the timeline
    * Ensure 100% compliance to administration standards and guidelines
    * Provide timely and accurate administration, archiving, and reporting
       support to internal and external customers
    * Ensure that all work volume is completed on a daily basis and plans are
       in place to clear any dateline that may occur


    
    Personal Qualities Requirements:

    * Diploma (D3) graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in data
       entry processing
    * Computer literacy in word processor and spreadsheet software
    * Preferably experienced with SAP

We are seeking a highly qualified Supervisor in area Purchasing at Plantation or Multinational Manufacturing, PT CENDERAWASIH JAYA MANDIRI at our Head Office in Jakarta.



HR Manager(Jakarta Raya)



     Responsibilities:
    * Responsible for all human resource aspects such as employment,
       compensation & benefits, labor relations, and training and development,
    * Manage HR Operations activities: Man power planning, recruitment,
       selection and placement, payroll, training and people development,
       HRIS, performance management system, industrial and employee
       selection.
    * Prepare and review maintain company salary structure, job
       documentation, and job evaluation systems,
    * Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements,
    * Responsible for all General Affair roles relating to labor affair and
       managing government legal requirement,
    * Maintain a good system of Corporate Governance and ensure compliance
       with internal controls and policies and procedures.


 
    Requirements:
     Education & Work Experience:

    * Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law / Management / Industrial Engineering /
       Psychology
    * Graduate from reputable University
    * Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field, preferably in agriculture
    * Experience in setting up / structuring HR system
    * Experience in multinational company
    * Experience in Shipping / Logistic company is an advantage
    * Good knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations.


    Technical Skills:

    * Fluency in both verbal and written English,
    * Excellent skills of HR aspects such as Recruitment and Selection,
       Compensation and Benefit, People and Organization Development,
       Performance Management and Industrial Relations,
    * Keep abreast of relevant regulations and policies.
