PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Reporting directly to the Project Management Controller, main responsibilities will include the following:

   1. Management of the Petty Cash System
   2. To assist the Project Management Controller in the preparation of
        Monthly, Quarterly, and six monthly reports, design report formats,
        source material and data, so analysis of data, and design layouts
   3. Supervise the operation of the Help Desk operators, be responsible for
        the timely closure of all work orders coordinating the sign off with the
        client’s supervisors and managers
   4. Be responsible for the management and keeping up to date of the
       Company management system
   5. Attend weekly and monthly meetings with the Project director, take
       meeting minutes and where applicable carryout translations for the
       project manager
   6. Act as translator for documents written in Bahasa requiring
       understanding by the Project Manager

 

Requirements:

   1. Active knowledge of excel and word
   2. Good working knowledge of English Language
   3. University graduate, background in accounting (Diploma/University
       degree) is preferred
   4. Minimum 2 years working experience after graduation

     Qualification:

    * Male, age max 35 years
    * Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in any majors
    * Having experience in general affairs, building maintenance, vehicle
       maintenance / transportation companies handle, handle other staff
       facilities with a total of at least 5 years experience and preferably with
       experience in the factory.
    * Familiar to use computer, create employment report and the   
       presentation of results to management.
    * Able to drive the vehicle (Own Driving License: SIM A / B)
    * Honest, Discipline, Co-operative and able to work under the Work Plan /
       Target set.
    * Liking a challenge, able to communicate with all levels and able to handle
      complaints.
    * Willing to travel to company unit locations
    * Willing to work hard, willing to work shifts and give priority to
       cooperation group
